Overview

Pilatus is an aerospace manufacturer located in Stans, Switzerland. The company has mostly produced aircraft for niche markets, in particular, short takeoff and landing aircraft as well as military training aircraft

The Protech team worked on the successful PC-24 project, helping to produce a range of S1000D manuals through the certification phase. During this time, we developed a good reputation amongst engineers and project leaders.

This reputation was rewarded in 2021, when we were approached to become an approved outsource supplier for technical documentation support. After competing with other tech pubs providers, we were awarded the opportunity to support the authoring, illustrating, and publishing departments.

Since then, we have proved to be a reliable support source, identifying the perfect candidates and skill sets to support specific project requirements. We now are the leading outsource supplier to Pilatus, with a current head count of 9 staff supporting their projects.

Authority approved manual supplements 

We are currently working with Pilatus on an exciting and groundbreaking project to utilize current S1000D data to produce 3D animations for a more immersive maintenance experience.
