Vertical Aerospace

Overview

Vertical is a pioneering eVTOL company based in the UK. Their aim is to enable the transition to a future of sustainable aviation through electric aircraft development. They aim to provide faster, quieter, greener and smarter ways for people to travel around cities and regions.

Our initial scope of work was to support the build team in writing processes to manufacture prototypes. After successfully implementing a standard, we were engaged to support the airworthiness department in planning the tech data requirements for the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).

In a short time, we implemented a fully scalable S1000D project for a suite of manuals required for ‘permit to fly’ authority approval, including AMM, SRM, AFM, IPC, TEM, and CML.
